Welcome To Yogalife
Yogalife is a yoga centre teaching yoga based on Sivananda style of yoga. The asanas are easy to understand, adopt and practice. The system of Sivananda Yoga is several decades old and the wisdom and knowledge acquired over such a long period of time is disseminated here. We follow all the teachings of our gurus to bring the benefits of yoga to the students. Thereby promoting health by rejuvenating the mind and body. Also showing them the way to a peaceful and a stress free life.
Here we have a 75 minutes of yoga class during the week days. The class starts at 6.45 pm. This class timing is chosen specifically to suit the office goers. On the weekends we have 90 minutes class. The classes are fun filled with different animal postures. The weekend classes are full of variations. The basic class consists of Asana and Pranayama. In asanas, we follow the sequence of postures according to the chakras in the body. The sequence of postures makes the understanding easy for the students.
